for the past 5 to 7 months i have used my phone and an 8in tablet with a rubber stylus. Hey i hope i'm not to late to say a couple things.

Or should wait until I have enough money to buy a drawing tablet and computer (laptop/desktop/workstation)? What 2-in-1 laptops would you recommend? I'd like one to that can handle the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other applications.

With all my research, I haven't been able to determine what tablet is compatible with my hardware and software. My MacbookPro (15-inch, 2.53 GHz, Mid 2009) has been officially considered obsolete by Apple and I have Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended (Version 10.0.1) and Illustrator CS3 (Version 13.0.2). Now, I would like to try digital art again to do digital drawing/painting, but I'm not sure what to buy. I used Photoshop with a mouse to do some artwork when I was younger and I only used a drawing tablet one time (I think the coordination was awkward for me back then). I studied traditional art in college, but I never had the chance to take courses in digital art.
